  • 주요 연구분야는 해외시장진출, 경쟁전략, 전략적 제휴, 인수합병, 인수후 통합전략, 벤쳐경영 등이며 국내학술지에 9편, 국제학술지에 9편을 게재하였다(2015년 현재).
